This Privacy Policy explains how CourtRoyale collects, uses, and shares information when you use the CourtRoyale website and app. It is designed to explain how CourtRoyale handles personal information in plain language, including as we grow as a platform for pickleball players and clubs across the Philippines.

Depending on how you use CourtRoyale, we may collect:

• Account details, such as your name, email address, and phone number if you provide it.
• Profile details, such as your display name, avatar, self-rated skill level, and home court or club preferences.
• Player activity data, such as session participation, check-ins, match scores, ratings, rankings, and leaderboard activity.
• PASALO-related information, such as slot-transfer requests and status.
• Founding Club inquiry data, including club or business name, contact person, email, phone, location, and any message submitted through our Founding Club inquiry form.
• Technical data, such as device and browser information and basic usage logs.

We use this information to operate CourtRoyale, including running clubs, sessions, queues, and check-ins; showing profiles, rankings, and leaderboards; preventing abuse such as fake accounts or manipulated scores; responding to Founding Club and other inquiries; improving the Service; and supporting safety and trust features such as PASALO's slot-transfer coordination.

When you check in to a session, play a match, or participate in a club, CourtRoyale records that activity so queues, rankings, leaderboards, and player history work correctly. Club operators can see activity relevant to running their own club, such as who checked in or is in the current queue. We do not share your activity with unrelated clubs.

If and when official paid features, such as paid sessions or PASALO-related payments, are enabled for a club, CourtRoyale may process payment-related information needed to run that feature, such as amounts, timestamps, and payment status. Where a third-party payment provider is used to handle a transaction, that provider processes sensitive payment details directly. CourtRoyale does not store your full card details.

CourtRoyale may use basic cookies and analytics tools to keep you signed in, understand how the Service is used, and improve performance. This may include aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics.

CourtRoyale does not sell personal data to advertisers. We may share information with service providers who help us run CourtRoyale, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, or payment providers, only as needed to provide the Service. We may also share information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of CourtRoyale, our clubs, or our players.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, and we cannot guarantee that data will never be accessed without authorization, but we work to reduce that risk and to respond appropriately if an issue occurs.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about deleting your account information.

You can review and update most of your profile information from within the app. You may contact us to ask about accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal information, or with any other privacy questions.

CourtRoyale is not intended for children below the age where online services are permitted without parental consent in their jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use CourtRoyale.

We may update this Privacy Policy as CourtRoyale grows, including as we introduce or expand features such as paid sessions, PASALO transfers, verified player tools, and official payment flows. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
