  • Is this a booking app?No. CourtRoyale is a full matchday operating system: queues, check-ins, rankings, player profiles, and PASALO coordination, not just reservations.
  • Are payments live already?Not for every club yet. CourtRoyale Protected Payments is being rolled out in a controlled way as the official foundation for paid sessions and PASALO transfers.
  • Do players need to install an app?No. CourtRoyale is mobile-web first. Players check in and use CourtRoyale from their phone browser, no app store download required.
  • Is Verified Player live?Not yet. Verified Player is a future trust layer, planned for a later release, and is not part of CourtRoyale today.
  • Can CourtRoyale replace my organizer?No. CourtRoyale supports your organizer with tools like queues and check-ins. Real-world court operations, safety, and player conduct stay with your club.
  • Can it support casual and ranked nights?Yes. CourtRoyale supports both casual open play and structured ranked nights with divisions and standings.
  • What if my club is small?CourtRoyale works for any club size. Founding Clubs are early partners helping shape the system, regardless of size.
  • What does the ₱500 per month cover?Full access to CourtRoyale's current features, priority onboarding support, and your founding rate locked in for as long as you stay active.

CourtRoyale Protected Payments

CourtRoyale Protected Payments is CourtRoyale's official payment foundation for paid sessions and PASALO transfers. It is designed to reduce cash disputes, unclear fees, and risky off-platform payments as the public rollout expands. Pay inside CourtRoyale only, once official payments are enabled for your club.

PASALO anti-scam stance

Avoid scams: do not send money directly to another player for a PASALO slot. Use official CourtRoyale flows and confirm the session details before joining.

Verified Player

Verified Player is a future trust layer for players who complete identity verification and receive a visible trust badge. It is planned for a later release and is not part of CourtRoyale today.
